I had a terrible hitch installation experience at this UHaul. I arrived for my 11am appointment where I was told the tech had gotten in late and was still working on a different installation, with an estimated 45min left. I did not get my car back until 2:30pm, at which point I was ready to leave so I paid and left. Luckily I double-checked the paperwork and noticed I had just been charged for someone else’s installation.
