I had a hitch receiver installed on my car and had a great experience. The front desk associate I worked with was very kind, engaging, and helpful and my service was completed very quickly. Thank you all so much for the excellent service!
Had a great experience! Had to wait in line a few minutes past my appointment time when I first got there which had me concerned but soon the tech came in and took care of the installation. Staff was very friendly and I saw one woman (wish I'd gotten her name) go way out of her way to answer customer questions - I was impressed. Work was done faster than promised. Brian worked on installing my trailer hitch. He encountered some problems figuring out the wiring but stuck with it and found a solution. We are grateful for his persistence to get the job done well.
The installer came and spoke to me about the process and what it entailed to make sure I was comfortable with the permanent fixture changes to my car. He was friendly and reassuring .
The installation was done promptly despite my older car and rusty parts!
