Returned the vehicle during business hours, but now there’s a mobile app you need to check the car in with or they will charge you after hours fees. They will not refund the money. Just another way a company has made a system more complicated in order to reach their hand into your pocket and extract cash. Make sure to do everything to the letter or fees will pile up. They don’t seem to mind if a customer never comes back.
Excellent work, fair price, prompt, professional, courteous!!
Even before my appointment date I was contacted to make sure my order was correct so there would be no problems when I arrived. I was treated courteously, even being shown to the employees break room so I could wait comfortably. The installation took much less time than anticipated.
Stephen did a great job installing the hitch and the wiring. He installed the hitch where it’s right underneath the rear bumper, which looks like it’s original from factory. Great job Stephen!!!
