Jose did a very good job. The opportunity to improve would be to have a space where customer can wait. Ladies in the office were very kind and gave me a chair, so it was not too bad.

Jose Rodriguez did an excellent job w/ the installation of our hitch. He was careful, efficient and professional. The office staff was great too.
In short, my hitch was not installed in a timely manner and not properly at all which caused profound frustration. I scheduled a hitch installation appointment and opted to 'stay with car' for the 30 min - 3 hour appointment rather than drop off and pick up later. The car hadn't even been started 3 hours after the appointment had started and I was instructed to come back at the end of the day.
