Staff was professional, efficient and courteous.
I dropped my car off at 9am and it wasn't done until 7pm. I had to inconvenience a friend for 7 hours as he waited around with me so that he could help me pick up the car as I assumed 3 to 4 hours would be an appropriate amount of time to install a hitch. I got about 5 different estimates throughout the day in terms of when the car would be done with the first estimate being 2 hours before they were actually complete.
