I'm only giving 3 stars because I booked an appointment online with a specific location at a specific time, which was confirmed by email. Only to show up and have the U Haul staff tell me my appointment was changed to another location at an earlier time, and I wasn't notified. I drove 17 minutes to the other location to get the work done. When the vehicle was ready, I went to pick it up only to find the wrong wiring harness was installed. My ride had already left, and I already missed 1/2 day of work, so I said we will work ... read more
