The tech that put it in was great, explained process, installation and use in clear and concise terms. When an extra part was needed from Hyundai he had the part number and talked directly to Hyundai to resolve.
Chris was great to work with and the two young woman at the counter also were wonderful.
Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Hitch was installed on my time frame and completed in only about 1 1/2 hours. Installer had me look at everything and made sure I was satisfied
The technician that performed the work did am.amazing job and was very thorough. He is a very great asset for your company
