I found Sabrina, aka "Bri", the installation mechanic/technician, to be very accomodating, knowledgeable, capable, friendly, patient AND caring enough to listen to my reasons and preferences and specific concerns regarding the type and inrended functionality BEFORE & AFTER the installation. She was both affable and efficient in her manner - a real "hands-on" wrench turner, the type who's an asset to any professional team, especially for a Nationwide legacy outfit such as U-HAUL. Was easy to schedule and locate a service center. The price was reasonable and the job didn't take long. The installer (Bri) consulted with me about the details and did an excellent job - definitely would recommend for the future!
