Staff was friendly, efficient and accommodating. I bought a hitch from U-Haul online, but wasn't able to DIY install it after all. So decided to try my luck and bring it in to U-Haul despite not having an appointment. They fit me in and got started right away, at a very reasonable price. Thanks!

Lack of professionalism, the rear bumper cut was poorly done and improperly sized, the team that performed the installation couldn't even attach the bumper using the chassis holes. Even when I pointed it out, the installation team couldn't resolve the issue. I also had questions about whether I chose the right trailer hitch options and wanted some advice or recommendations, but unfortunately, I found that the employees lacked knowledge.
