When I arrive I see a sign that shows where the hitchs are installed, I ask if I can park there for my hitch appointment. The employee answers rudely "No" without providing further instructions. Once I find a spot, even though I arrived exactly on time, the employee doesn't honor the appointment, claiming there was no phone confirmation, which is false because I returned their call (image of the customer service survey received from u-haul).
