Vinne the manager is very accommodating and very knowledgeable and professional! Brett is great with his professionalism in installing hitches and cargos. Sandra was very helpful and always willing to accommodate and assist in any way she can. Overall, all the staff members in this location are extremely helpful and professional. I NEVER GOT THE HITCH! WAITED 2 HOURS BEFORE THEY REALIZED THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE HITCH. SAID THEY WOULD NEXT DAY IT FROM ANOTHER STORE. I ASKED TO BE CONTACTED WHEN IT ARRIVED. I CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND IT STILL HADN'T ARRIVED. IT'S NOW BEEN 2 DAYS AND STILL NOTHING..... THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY TIME!
Hitch was not installed because it wasn’t delivered to the facility in time. I am still trying to find a delivery date for this hitch. I ordered this hitch because I want to install a mobility scooter lift on the back of my Hyundai Kona. I am an amputee and need this for my getting around. You always do nothing but let me down. I still don’t have a delivery date on the hitch. Please help me.
