I NEVER GOT THE HITCH! WAITED 2 HOURS BEFORE THEY REALIZED THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE HITCH. SAID THEY WOULD NEXT DAY IT FROM ANOTHER STORE. I ASKED TO BE CONTACTED WHEN IT ARRIVED. I CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND IT STILL HADN'T ARRIVED. IT'S NOW BEEN 2 DAYS AND STILL NOTHING..... THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY TIME!
Hitch was not installed because it wasn’t delivered to the facility in time. I am still trying to find a delivery date for this hitch. I ordered this hitch because I want to install a mobility scooter lift on the back of my Hyundai Kona. I am an amputee and need this for my getting around. You always do nothing but let me down. I still don’t have a delivery date on the hitch. Please help me.
