After I found an open date for the installation, I ordered and paid for the hitch and installation. UHaul then cancelled it without explanation. When I called the general number, they said that they don't do hitch installations anymore. I then ordered a hitch from a different company and had my mechanic install it. Bizarre - just remove it from your website as an option!
