Great experience all around!! I called the day before to confirm my appointment and make sure the hitch is compatible with my car. When I got to the facility, I didn’t know where to park, there wasn’t much signage for a hitch install, but I went to the front desk and they helped me. I handed my keys off and they did the rest. Everyone involved- very polite, very helpful!! Install took half hour tops.
I'm very dissatisfied, in addition to leaving the sample wires under the car without trying to hide them, when they went to unload my wife's car, they broke a vacuum cleaner from her work and the service is also very harsh. I was very disappointed.
