DO NOT GET YOUR HITCH INSTALLED HERE. I had them install a Curt hitch on my ford explorer. They were very slow. When they said they were finished I checked under the car. He had LEFT THE HEAT SHIELDS OFF. When I confronted him about it he said they wouldn't fit. I went over the instructions with him and showed him how to do it. He then said he would install them. 2-1/2 hours later he "finished" When I got home I rechecked the installation. The bolts that hold the heat shield on were loose. Uhaul Santa Rosa has a friendly and professional crew. I totally recommend UHaul in Santa Rosa for all you trailer Hitches. My hitch was installed in 2 hours and I was able to make an appoinment on that same day. They also sell bike racks and they will install it as well.
Fast turnaround time and great result.
Scheduling was really easy and the installation was quick, no issues. I do recommend calling ahead to confirm the part is in stock before showing up.
The part was not in stock despite having made a prior reservation. Communication and follow up was poor.
