Don’t waste your time. Scheduled an appointment for a hitch install almost a month in advance. Arrived onsite, they shared technician is not there, having car trouble. They said they tried to call me a few days ago to reschedule. Not an accurate statement. They called to confirm appointment, which I did, but no mentioned that technician won’t be available.
