DO NOT GO THERE!!!! they couldn't install the correct attachment with a photo. Blew the fuses in my vehicle and sent me to canadian tire to fi d the missing pieces that they messed up. All this after canceling the install appointment twice!!!
This location was great; much better than the other U-Haul locations in Calgary that I have used in the past for a moving van or hitch. While there was a hiccup with my hitch due to an inventory mix up, and then a shipping delay, they were excellent in working with me to resolve the issues and find a solution I was happy with. Install was professional and without issue. All the staff were kind, professional and eager to help. Thanks so much!
Please ask a permission first to customer when the technician want to drill or do something with my vehicle. Second, the original appointment location is located 6th southeast, near blackfoot trail area. They said that the technician do not come to work today (August 28, 2024). They send me to 36 th SE. The original hitch receiver part box is damaged and open. They make excuses that the box damage from shipping company.
