Hitch was never installed, part not located for the vehicle and no courtesy call to advise me not to come to U-Haul for installation.
They did it all in about an hour. While there wasn't anywhere on site to wait, they recommended I wait in the dealership next door, and it was great, as I was able to have a desk and space to work while I waited.
