The technician was great. But the front desk employees were the worst!!! They were so rude to people. Left me on hold for 20 mins and didn't even come back on the line. Corporate couldn't even. Reach them. I will never go back!!!! However, the tech Winton was great!!!! He was apologetic for the rest of the staff and helped me as much as he can do!!!! Great job Winton!!!
I was impressed by the manager, Curtis. While I was waiting for my installation, I heard him dealing with confused customers, and he was uniformly patient and understanding, both on the phone and in person. I was impressed by his equanimity in the pressured environment of anxious customers and his ability to maintain a smooth running operation.
The tech who installed the hitch was fast, efficient, and did a solid job. I am going to recommend the service to other friends. Thanks!!
Everyone was professional and courteous and a job well done.
Don't like the fact that when I get to the place I was informed that the person who supposedly should make installation was out for a week without any notification
