Easy to setup appointment, quick installation and very courteous personnel
I had a receiver hitch and wiring installed on a 2022 Nissan Kicks. The installation started and completed on time according to the agreement. The employees were exceptional and made sure everything was done to my liking. Lifetime warranty too.
I am extremely disappointed in my tow hitch installation with UHaul. I made an appointment online. That was simple enough. I showed up and expected all to be okay. Halfway through the installation, I was advised that my factory 7-way module was not working. I was asked if it would be okay to drill two small holes on the underneath portion of my bumper and to authorize the tech to install a 4-way with a bracket. Greatest customer experience ever! It was the morning of the 4th of July, and my family's ability to go on vacation was on the line. I had mistakenly rented an RV and needed a hitch welded onto my F-150 that day or I was going to have to cancel our camping trip. I showed up desperate and Tommy V. single-handedly saved my family's vacation! He ordered the correct part from nearby store, and welded / installed everything in about an hour and a half.
