Terrible experience and service. Mechanic shows up at 10:07 am today for my 9am hitch install appointment. The receptionist could care less the whole time, completely useless and unprofessional. An hour of work is done, then the mechanic tells me he can’t finish cause he doesn’t have the right tools! He also said the same thing happened to 2 other customers last week. Avoid this place at all costs…pathetic all around.
Nothing! I went there and was told they could install it because they have not received the part. Nobody called me to let me know this ahead of time. I drove all the way there with my 2 little kids at 9 am to be told it can't be done (that I have to get a call from them to confirm thet have the parts, still waiting for the call)
