Hunter and the gentleman who installed my wiring were two of the most customer focused people I’ve ever interacted with. They went above and beyond in answering our questions and helping us finalize our trailer reservation.
Great service at the Elyria location. The guy who worked on my vehicle, Noah, was fantastic. Great work and great customer service.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The installation process was speedy and done well/right. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is no "waiting area". So you drop your vehicle and go away :) . Though with a "newer" vehicle, you may be all right hanging out outside for a little bit. Will definitely come back if I need another hitch install
