I have rented many uhauls over the years and I have never been so frustrated. I had to spend 15 to 20 minutes checking in myself on an app, verifying and re-verfying my information and taking multiple pictures of my exact same Driver's license all while the employee was right there on their phone. I understand technological advancements but why have an employee if they're going to watch me to all THEIR work? This would have taken them 5 minutes or less and saved the frustration caused to a long time customer.
