Still has not been installed. Hitch was ordered the day of installation. It has been 1 week and I still haven’t heard from uHaul. Terrible service on all levels.
The hitch was not ready on the day if appointment. No one called me to tell me that. U haul does not care about waisting customer time. Will not be getting the hitch installed by u haul. Completely unprofessional company
