Every aspect of the service was excellent. I can't say there's anything left to improve. The sales people were very friendly and professional and the install looks great.
Nothing. We showed up and the hitch was not in stock, nobody had called to tell us. We wasted the trip there only to find out that it isn't even in Canada and hadn't been ordered. Very unhappy with this. And all we were offered was $50 off when it did come in, and this I had to ask for, it wasn't spontaneously offered. Neither did we get the sense the person serving us was particularly apologetic.
