The manager Andrew Christian went out of his way to locate the hitch I needed that he did not have in stock. He had it picked up from another U-Haul location the same day. Great customer service! The hitch was installed as promised in two hours.
I booked an appointment to install a hitch, showed up at 7am sharp, waited for two hours, only to be told that they never had the part I was sold. No explanations. Just wasted my time. I asked for a full refund and left. I strongly recommend not to install a hitch at uHaul.

You installed wrong. I could of got killed. Or somebody else. One bolt was holding the trailer Really bad.
