On 4/1/24, I paid for the hitch and installation online and set the appointment for the following week (4/10). On 4/8 (two days before my appointment), the manager called me and advised that her installer just quit on the spot. I understand that this is out of their control but that was not the only issue. She also advised that the order for the hitch was never processed by the system which should have automatically been done at the time the appointment was scheduled and payment was made online the previous week.
