Absolute disaster. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH UR CAR. I have a 2018 rav 4, wanted a basic hitch and chose the one they recommended.. I made an appointment (said it would take and hour), it took them 4.5 hours to complete (they kept saying 30 more minutes, 30 more minute) then when I got it, they cut a big chunk out of my bumper to make it fit. Although I arrived 20 minutes late for my appointment and had forgotten my phone at home (I was sure they had followed up), the staff were very kind and accommodating. My visitor, Sohini, in particular, was great, she offered an excellent deal on a bike rack, and they installed both the hitch and the rack. Overall, I’m really happy with their service and found their prices to be very competitive compared to other companies like Canadian Tire.
My car got a scratch. They are very rude! Delayed over 2 hours!
The gentleman staff assisting me for the labor and installation of the hitch. He's extremely professional and answered all my questions in details. I worked in customer service and HR for decades and he demonstrated excellent, above and beyond customer service and professionalism.
