We appreciate the installation. The experience was unappreciated, waiting over 6 hours to begin services. My 62 year old husband was extremely exhausted for waiting to receive the vehicle back around 4:45. This U-Haul service center was under employed and under serviced to allow A client or a customer to wait from 8:51 to 4:45 for service that only takes a little over two hours. We never received a call for rescheduling this appointment time that will be better to provide service and an adequate amount of time.
