The hitch was never installed , I had an appointment and sat and waited for 2 hours before being told they would not be able to get to it . This was at the Lakeland location. I rescheduled with the one in Tampa on 56th St a week ahead my appointment was on Thursday , I was called on that day a few hours before and was told they couldn't do that day. Very disappointed in this company (RESOLVED Had It done finally , at the Lakeland Location )
