Terrible, rude people serving, I had a hitch installed after waiting 5 hours they said there was a part they didn't have to install, they asked me to come back and on the scheduled day and time I came back, it was almost 1 hour away from home, when I got there they said the part hadn't arrived. Total disrespect to the customer. Now 15 days after installation and they still haven't fixed it, none of the electrical parts work. The install worker at 4406 W Hillsborough Ave, Tampa FL is very efficient and detailed in his work. He is professional and friendly. I had an issue with the electrical portion of the hitch I had installed in Getsville FL. He ensure to demonstrate the electrical portion of the hitch worked correctly. Not only, I did not wait 2 to 3 hours. He corrected the problem within an hour. I strongly recommend this location for your hitch needs. Kudos to the hitch installer
