They did a great job installing my new trailer hitch in a short amount of time. They were courteous and professional. When my original hitch delivery was delayed by FedEx, Christina, the manager, expedited another hitch and made sure I got my hitch installed on time. Great service, thank you.
When I got to the store it was busy so that gave me time to look around and also listen to the employees at the front desk talk to the customers. It was awesome to hear how experienced they were at answering questions and in a professional way. I’ve been to smaller U-Haul stores and this store was huge. I have to give props to the employees. I couldn’t ask for anything better than what I received. Thanks!!!
