Had an appointment for hitch install but they gave my appointment to someone else. I was given a printout with my installation date, total cost, and parts list the day I made the appointment. I presented that printout upon arrival and the clerk said "Installation Date doesn't meant Installation Date". WHAT?? Boston Rd store, same treatment. Made an appointment and they didn't honor it. Huge waste of my time!
David and the other service techs were very pleasant, helpful and professional. Hitch was installed more quickly than anticipated and it was half the price that my dealership wanted to charge me. Highly recommended the crew at 380 Union St in West Springfield.
Completion Was faster than quoted hit is well mounted and I’m pleased with the outcome
Staff was courteous and professional. The hitch installation on my 2017 X5 was completed sooner than expected and looks fantastic. I would recommend this establishment 100%.
