Joe did a great job and much quicker than I was told it would take.
Quick and easy hitch install
They were not ready at the scheduled time. After waiting for over a couple hours, I was told they didn't know how to install the hitch. I chose the hitch from the online drop-down menu available for my car model. I'll have to find another location that knows how to do this work.
Straightforward and no surprises. They did a very nice job installing a hitch on my Crosstrek and it looks very nice. With an appointment, the hitch was installed in an hour.
