Staff was very friendly, helpful, honest and fast.
I cannot praise Nicholas Tinsley enough!! Super friendly. Very organized. Met us when we arrived. Went over our reservation. Explained what he would be doing on the install. Install took approximately 45 minutes. He installed a receiver hitch and wired on the trailer light pigtail. He had our trailer ready when the install was complete. Got a hitch installed on my car. Everyone was pleasant, professional and efficient. Not just to me, but it was obvious that there were newer employees, and the experienced employees were patient when showing them what/how to work the computer. The store was spotless. I have nothing negative to say, Great job and thanks!
