I didn’t like anything about the experience because after paying close to $1000 over a week in advance the hitch wasn’t installed. Not only had the hitch not arrived at the location, the location doesn’t have a hitch installer. The manager was unable to tell me when the hitch will arrive, but told me I will then need to come pick it up and schedule installation at another location which is to be determined.
