I reserved an appointment to have a hitch installed, only to learn as I walked into the store they were not installing that day. Come to find out the day I made the reservation they new they were not going to be able to install that day. I made a new appointment. Hopefully they will be able to install it then.
The gentleman that was working the front desk was absolutely amazing. It was obvious that he was short handed, but he kept me updated and had patience with customers coming in and calling that was amazing to witness. I can't remember his name, but he needs a promotion and a big raise! Awesome customer service!
The guy was very friendly, but they tried to charge us extra even though we already prepaid. The install was fine, but when I picked up my car it smelled like someone dumped a can of gas inside. It took three days to air it out. Do not recommend.
Good quality hitch from Curt. Courteous, friendly staff. Took a bit longer than expected and had to return due to a faulty light connector. Paul, the general manager, did make everything right in the end, which I appreciated. Best price around for hitch/light install. Would recommend.
