I made two appointments for hitch installation at this location. First time I arrived on time for my appointment, then I waited in line for 45 minutes. When I finally was seen they told me it would be another hour and a half before they would even start on the install… so I made an appointment for the next week the employee told me to get there at 7:00 when they opened and I would be see right away.
