Made a reservation on their website and then got a call back that the time and day did not exist at their location! Had to rescheduled and ask the guy how long it would take to be told about an hour. Great, so I’ll just stick around patiently at Starbucks across the street. Phone them after an hour and was told another 30 minutes, ok fair enough. Everything went according to plan for the installation, everyone was friendly and the hitch looks good and sturdy
for a new hitch, U Haul excelled at really great service and overall they are very well organized. Highly recommend. Car looks perfect!
Decided they could not install it because they dud not have a proper tool to ream out a bolt hole. I had traveled 100 km, wasted time and money to get this done.
Horrible customer service. They make you feel unwanted. I went to purchase a trailer for my vehicle and experienced the service possible. They damaged my vehicle and refused to do anything to help. I’d never recommend this location
