I found the staff from the service desk to the actual installer were extremely courteous and caring and highly professional. This is the best Uhaul experience I have ever had. It was worth the long drive to get the levels of service I received.

Kirk was the only guy around (checked at 4 different places, including Toyota dealerships) who could figure out what I needed and how to install it correctly!! Thankful for these guys!!
