I don't recommend this place at all. Very poor service and they won't tell you about hidden fees they add to your bill at the end. I rented a truck for an hour and a half which was dirty on the inside by the way, paid $34 and after i brought it back they charged me $47 instead without prior explanation of hidden fees. The guy helping me was not friendly at all.
Everyone was extremely polite and helpful and it wasn't necessary to cut into my bumper to install. I needed to wait, and it only required two hours from start to finish.
Friendly atmosphere. Everyone had a smile with a warm welcome.
Customer Service was awesome and installation was quick.
The staff at U Haul Murrieta is the best, I deal with them on a monthly basis and they are kind and curtious and very personable, it truly is a pleasure to work with them, the facility is always clean and well maintained, if you need a storage unit this is the place to go!
