This location took great care of my warranty claim for a hitch that was damaged in an accident. The Manager on duty, as well as installer Paras were polite and efficient. The warranty was honored as promised. Installation took an hour longer than the original one, but the good service made up for it. Thank you.
The staff at U-Haul (Royal Windsor) location were friendly and efficient. I got a call the day before to confirm the appointment I made online. When I dropped off the car they said 2 hours and it took 2 hours. Check out was quick and friendly.
