In the past I had used this location many times with no issue. Today the manager was the most rude employee I have ever come across. He refused to provide me my recent past rental history and when I asked to talk to his manager he refused to give me his name and then threatened me. Disappointing. I had an appointment for a simple hitch install but I when I got there they didn’t have hardware. Fair enough. I had to schedule another appointment and they had to order the hardware. Understandable. I happened upon the required hardware needed for the installation myself so I called and made a new appointment for 9am. I could tell something was wrong because the employee on the phone was having trouble listening while having a fun little conversation with what I assume was a coworker.
