Very friendly professional staff, very pleased
I didn’t get my trailer hitch installed. I show up and they tell me that my hitch isn’t there and they don’t know when it will be. Now I have no hitch and am just going to have to do it myself

I originally went to the McDonough, GA location just to get a wiring harness. My local store in Warner Robins, GA had to order one delivered to them and I didn't want to wait a week. My plan was to get the part and drive it back to Warner Robins and schedule installation for Monday. However, when I arrived to purchase this part I was told the entire job could be done right away if I wanted. Being anxious to get this done, I was thrilled. It would have been nice had it been accomplished. I arrived at U-Haul at the schedule time only to be told that they did not install hitches over the weekend and no one was there to install the hitch, which also wasn't there. I have rescheduled for tomorrow, but who knows what will happen.
