Once the appointment was re-scheduled everything was good. I had a appointment that I made on line and it got cancelled but nobody called me to reschedule. When I showed up for my appointment I got a face full of "well its not our fault you didnt pick up your phone." I missed 2 calls that day and neither was U-Haul.

After the wire installation there was a problem with signals and parkings. They figured it out they looked to see if the fuses were good and two of them were blown probably during the installation process but they got the job done right.
The only detail that I would like to expose is that in your web page there are several schedules to schedule the installation, however already in the offices, the schedules are not real, I had to wait the day after my scheduled date to do the installation because the installation person only works in certain hours and not in all the schedules that you put in your web page. Other than that the service and attention of the staff is very good, I have no complaints, 100% recommendable.
