I wasn't able to have the hitch installed. I set up an appointment for installation on-line almost 2 weeks ahead of time. When I got to the local U-Haul dealer, the staff acted clueless. They pulled up the appointment confirmation and I showed them a copy of mine, but claimed it must be a mistake because they don't have an installer available that time of day. They couldn't perform the installation the next day either. I purchased the hitch and installed it myself, but I won't go back to U-HAUL

It was a pretty smooth process. It was less than half of what I paid for my last install
