Set up an online appointment to get a hitch installed. Showed up early couldn't get help then finally talk to the manager and there is no way they can do install until after 3 pm. Why schedule online if they can't do the work.

First of all the online reservation was not honored as expected when we drove several miles to the location to have them install the hitch. The technician was not present, and the clerk did not care. What makes matters worse is that, I had placed a call to the location and told them we were on the way to get this done prior to the installation.
Worst customer service ever needs to be shut down. Nobody wants to work.
