Had a trailer hitched to an RV and was done with my move, came to this location for the drop off. As soon as I pulled in an employee waived to where I could pull in. I parked and they removed everything. I was off again within 5 minutes. Very easy and fast.
My travel starting in Los Angeles, looking for a certain special tow hitch hit me all the way down to Long Beach. They had it and they were so polite in showing me how it work’s and no pressure no rush They were all so kind.
Bad customer service they literally hung up on me.
