The staff was great with making the reservation and instalation for my vehicle
No waiting room spent five hours sitting on a short desk chair. My back is shot. Horrible experience, never again. Was told after 1 1/2 hours that the electrical was complete, the electrical is plug and play which should take, tops 10 mins. Horrible experience, never again.
Profetional and frendly stuff
great experience! My hitch was installed by the manager himself Mr. Wilson Muniz. Had a situation that customer service ordered wire that is not the right. "one it happens!" but time is not on our side!.Wilzon called and inform me about the problem and explain to me how he can solved it. I trust him and let him do his thing wire came overnight set it up immediately and everything work great. I just want to appreciate Mr. Wilson for his resourcefulness and good communication to me as customer despite the situation.
