Absolutely rudest people. No sense of urgency we made an appointment and they said they wouldn’t have someone to open our containers. Very unprofessional
Absolutely god awful experience. I was at the store for 2 hours for a trailer and storage unit that I reserved 2-3 days prior. No sense of urgency in the store and always blaming it on the computers rather than there own incompetence
The guy that did my install was so friendly. He saw me drive up and met me in the parking lot. He explained the process of what he would be doing, and assured me he would take good care of my car. I don't remember his name, but he really was exemplary. It's rare to come across employees like that today.
