WARNING...DO NOT USE U-HAUL FOR TRAILER HITCHES I had an appt. for 1:30, and dropped the Higlander off. They called me just before closing at 6:30 and said it was ready. I went to pick it up and there was no ball for the receiver and no wiring. I flagged the guy down as they were now closed and asked where my wiring was. He opened the back and said "there it is".
